By accessing or using dealsecure.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

dealsecure.io provides an AI-powered investor data room platform that connects to your existing cloud storage (Dropbox, SharePoint) to enable secure document sharing with investors. We provide access controls, watermarking, analytics, and AI-powered document assistance.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must have the right to share any documents you add to a data room
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws

4. Data and Privacy

Your documents remain in your cloud storage provider. We do not store copies of your files. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dealsecure.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall be limited to a refund of the fees paid by you for the current monthly billing period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
